Kimberly’s Poetry in Motion classes are accompanied by dynamic rhythmic music and offer a smooth, creative and continuous Vinyasa Flow that will deepen breathing, increase endurance and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Having been a dancer for years, Kimberly was drawn to the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga and was trained by world-renowned Shiva Rea who developed this style that so many people practice today. The consummate student, she continues to broaden her knowledge by studying with Tiffany Cruikshank’s Yoga Medicine for her Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. The idea that yoga postures along with breath work and meditation can be used to heal the body, like medicine, resonates with Kimberly and she is excited to share her knowledge with students on the path towards health and balance. You can find Kimberly teaching all over Fort Collins, at various Christian Women’s Retreats or at her home studio, The Poetic Body, which was opened in 2013 as a way to offer more yoga to north Fort Collins, LaPorte and Wellington.
