Kelly is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach. She came into the practice 9 years ago when she was on the path to heal herself mentally and physically. She designs classes to energize the body & mind, integrate proper alignment, core work, strength, and pranayama techniques. Kelly creates an open community vibe within her classes by sharing her authentic, ‘staying true to yourself’ teaching style.
