Kali started her yoga journey five years ago here in Fort Collins through a provided sense of calm, centering, and acceptance that she had been searching for. Through her exploration of different styles she was taken away by the fluidity of vinyasa and sustained by the more subtle practices of pranayama, meditation, and mantra. In spring of 2012, the experience of being lost in her own moving meditation coupled with a desire to deepen her practices called her to complete her teacher training.
Kali teaches a creative, energetic vinyasa class with traditional philosophy, focused alignment, and various meditation practices threaded throughout. She is grateful to all the yoga teachers and students who continue to challenge and inspire her and offers private sessions in addition to her weekly classes around town at Live Beyond Limit to further share her experiences and knowledge. Yoga has enriched her life in ways she never imagined and hopes to share her experiences with her students encouraging them to dive deeper into their own practice and create the space for change.
