Amy Flanegan is fiercely inspired by nature. In addition to being a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, Amy recently completed her Outdoor Educator certification through NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School). She spent 24 days backpacking in the Wind River Range of Wyoming and has run countless races, including trail marathons and the Rim to Rim trail in the Grand Canyon. She also loves the simplest of walks through the woods with her husky dog. As a Forrest Yoga trained teacher, her experience with yoga has deep roots in connection- connection with breath, body, spirit and nature. You can expect her classes to be both strengthening and grounding, with mindful movement, breathwork and an emphasis on safety and working pain and struggle free!
